Black and Banton Occupational and Physical Health limited have been working closely with Joanne at Dolezal Consulting for over a year in relation to our Marketing & Communications practices.
The work involved a full Audit of all marketing materials, communications, and documentation to enable us to develop a streamlined set of documentation both electronic and physical for our clients.
This was followed by a thorough Competitor Benchmarking study to asses our market position.
Joanne quickly delivered the work, which resulted in a much better understanding of our corporate image across all media, and we look forward to expanding our work in the near future.
Black and Banton Occupational and Physical Health was founded in 2008 following a collaboration between David Black and Mandy Banton.
David Black is a Registered Osteopath and Occupational Health Specialist Advisor. Mandy Banton is a Registered Osteopath.
Black & Banton provide Occupational Health and Physical Health services to corporate clients all over the UK.
Increasingly clients value Occupational Health as part of a competitive strategy, either to recruit and retain the best employees or to manage and reduce absence and other health related issues.
Black & Banton were looking to consolidate and promote existing services in a consistent and professional way to attract new clients and grow their business. They also needed to measure their service offering of Occupational Health, Health Surveillance, Absence Management and Vocational Health Assessment services against key competitors.
Our brief was to conduct a Marketing & Communications Audit of all marketing materials, communications, presentations, documentation, website and any press/media coverage to plan a solid basis for future communications.
This was followed by a comprehensive Competitor Benchmarking study to clarify their market position and agree the best way forward.
