Joanne works part-time in clinical research recruitment for the NHS, working with strict ethical guidelines. She has also worked for a technology transfer agency specialising in nanotechnology, microsystems and photonics.

Dr Sarah Bowman
Her work focuses on strategic communications in complex and politicised settings using a range of theory and practice experience associated with sensemaking, issues and crisis management, employee identification and organisational culture, as well as all aspects of stakeholder engagement. She has a keen interest in training and development focusing on the capabilities necessary for those entering and working in a dynamic and unstable world.
